Orryx only answers questions based on public information that’s already available on your town’s official website. It doesn’t store personal data, access internal systems, or collect any private details from callers. Everything it says is drawn from what you’ve chosen to share publicly nothing more. It’s smart, helpful, and privacy-conscious by design.

AI usage is included in your plan. You only pay for LC phone usage, which is billed monthly based on minutes used. Local numbers cost $0.0100 per minute and toll-free numbers cost $0.0200 per minute. We’ll send clear breakdowns each month so there are no surprises.
The Government Plus Plan includes unlimited AI Clerks, 2,000 LC minutes per month, ongoing updates and optimizations, full access to transcripts and call data, custom call routing, a dedicated Account Manager for monthly check-ins, and more!
Setup is quick and easy we’ll configure your AI Clerk(s) and train them to match your department’s needs. Depending on comminication with our team you could have your AI set up and trained within days.

No problem. In the Local Government and Government Plus plan we provide ongoing updates and support to tweak your AI’s responses based on feedback or seasonal needs. Your Account Manager is just a message away!
Great question—and one we take seriously. Orryx logs every conversation, so if a mistake ever happens, you’ll have a full transcript to review. We’ll use that feedback to immediately adjust and retrain the AI Clerk. Your dedicated Account Manager will also help identify patterns and ensure your Clerk is always improving. Unlike a human, our AI never gets defensive and it learns fast when given feedback.

If someone asks to speak with a human, the AI Clerk can either route the request to a staff member, create a ticket, or collect their info for a quick follow-up, depending on your preferences.
